Who I Am?

My name is Reinaldo Zavarce, and my mission is to help you achieve the dream of owning your own home.

More than 15 years ago, I began my career in the real estate sector in my home country, where I worked as a Real Estate Agent and Condominium Manager. However, like many of us, I decided to immigrate to the United States in search of better opportunities and a more prosperous future for my family.

I arrived in this country 8 years ago. Like most immigrants, I faced challenges and had to work in various fields while I rebuilt my path. Through hard work, dedication, and great perseverance, I managed to return to the world I am truly passionate about: real estate.

I obtained my Real Estate Agent license in Florida and Illinois, but I soon discovered that my true passion went beyond simply selling properties. I realized that many Latino families faced a major barrier: their credit.

That was when I decided to follow my heart and become a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO). I became certified as a Credit Consultant and Credit Score Consultant, thereby combining two key areas: in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending and expertise in credit repair and improvement.

Today, having lived in Chicago for over 8 years, I have the privilege of helping hundreds of Latino families improve their credit, understand their finances, and properly prepare to buy their first home or refinance the one they already own.

My goal is not merely to help you secure a mortgage. My goal is to guide you through a process of financial transformation so that you can build a more solid future for yourself and your family.
